Antique original oil painting .
Size 28.5" x 25"

This impasto oil painting is very old, likely over 100 years but I am not sure. It is signed R. Borchard.

Its scenery could either be African or Carribbean. An expert would be able to tell from the historical clothing the women are wearing. Also the architecture has hints of a colonial time.

The painting has some cracks but it does not take away from the integrity of the piece, Its a very pretty painting and is fabulous for any traditional decor.

If anyone knows more about this painting or the artist. I would love to hear from you.

Painting is framed is an antique gold frame Overall condition of the artwork is good considering its age
