Artist Inspiration: My first love in painting has always been still life. In this fruit still life, which was painted in autumn, I was inspired by the grapes in my back yard which were turning from green to burgundy red. It is also the times of year when my roses are at their most beautiful.
I received my painting today and it is exactly what I wanted. The colors are so brilliant yet the painting has such a soft appeal. I'm at a loss of words to say how beautiful this painting is.
