We ship very small packages via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.
We ship all other larger packages UPS Ground unless other arrangements are made
Shipping Times:
Canvas prints or original paintings usually ship within
5 business days.
Tile murals on the in stock page ship within 3 days
All other murals and backsplashes ship via UPS Ground in approx. 4 weeks.
You can expedite your tile mural order to two weeks for an additional $100.00
The murals on the clearance page ship in 3 days.
Accent tiles on the in stock page ship within 3 days. All other accent tiles ship in two weeks
Damage During Shipping: If an item arrives damaged we will immediately replace that item for you free of charge. We pack our art and tiles very well and in thousands of shipments have only had a few items damaged during shipping.
Shipments to Canada We pay for shipping via UPS Ground to Canada for canvas art, paintings and tile murals. Plain tiles (travertine) ship to Canada at a cost of $5.00 per square foot. You are responsible for Canadian taxes, duties and brokerage fees. You can specify your Canadian shipment goes via USPS Priority Mail (if size permits), but you must then pay for shipping.
International
Orders: We ship worldwide. Orders that
are to be shipped outside of Continental
United States or Canada will be charged the cost of
shipping separately, Please
email
us with the items you wish to purchase along with your shipping address
and phone number so that we can give you a quote for shipping.
If you order online, you will receive a separate
email with a shipping quote for you authorization.
Your order will not be processed until you respond
to the second email and authorize the
shipping. You are responsible for any duties or taxes that your country imposes.
Expedited

expedite the shipping of your tile mural within the
Continental USA. Here is a chart for expedited
